Baby Feeding & Sleep Log
In the newborn fog it is hard to remember when baby last ate or slept. Tap a button each time and the log notes the time for you, then adds up feeds, sleep and nappy changes for the day. It is handy to show at a check-up. Nothing is saved or sent, so print the log or the blank sheet if you want to keep it.
How it works
- Each tap adds a line with the time (now, or the time you set)
- Feeds = breastfeeds + bottles today
- Sleep = time between each "fell asleep" and the next "woke up"
- Bottle total = all bottle amounts added up
Every baby is different. Bring the log to check-ups if you have questions about feeding, sleep or nappies.
Three things this tool can't see
- Medical advice. This log does not judge if amounts are right. Ask your doctor, midwife or health visitor.
- Warning signs. Fewer wet nappies, a fever or a very sleepy baby who will not feed need a doctor quickly.
- Saving. Nothing is saved. Reloading the page clears the log, so print it before you close.
